Mid-Century Modern

Saint Lofts - Residential Architecture - Multi-res Architecture

Saint Lofts is a redevelopment of a mid-century modern building, with a focus on ease and convenience. Architecturally designed, including the extension of two levels, each apartment is light-filled and carefully created to ensure maximum comfort. This includes a communal rooftop for all guests to enjoy the sweeping views of the city and beyond.

Affordable housing

Saint Lofts

From initial feasibility studies and exploring what models of real estate development suited the CBD and were in demand, through to the architectural design and documentation, working in collaboration with City of Launceston Official, and then partnering with Tas City Building who constructed the development. But it didn't stop there... our Brand + Marketing team stepped in to design and develop the Saint Lofts 'brand' - brand identity, naming the development, the website, photography and video, and much more in order to take the development to market. And what were the results? All 11 apartments sold 'off the plan' within weeks of being taken to market.

Multi-residential development

All in all it has lead to a successful example of inner-city revitalisation - an adaptive "re-use" of what had been an underutilised CBD property.
